Olson Kundig Announces Staff Promotions

Olson Kundig is proud to announce multiple promotions within the firm. Justin Helmbrecht and Jordan Leppert have been promoted to Principal, while Megan Adams, Clay Anderson, Jeff Busby, Amanda Chenoweth and Claudia Maggiani have been promoted to Associate. These promotions recognize each individual’s internal leadership and impact at Olson Kundig, as well as their exceptional contributions to the firm’s diverse portfolio of work around the world.

Justin Helmbrecht’s experience includes a range of project types and scales, including residential, cultural and mixed-use. He enjoys working closely with clients, stakeholders and teammates, fostering integrated, highly collaborative project teams where the architecture embodies the clients’ vision and goals.

Jordan Leppert has experience working on a variety of residential, hospitality, cultural and civic projects in locations around the world, spanning North America, Europe and Asia. From high-end residences in remote locations to international urban projects, Jordan brings a high degree of craft and invention to his work.

Megan Adams has worked primarily on interior design for high-end residential, hospitality and restaurant projects across Asia and the United States. Her holistic approach to each design assignment ensures technical integration with architectural elements, while fostering opportunities for clients’ creative expression.

Clay Anderson’s experience spans single-family residential, multi-family residential, installations and cultural projects around the world. He is interested in the intersection of craft and material innovation, and has been instrumental in the development of many of the firm’s public design installations, including ICECUBE and Homebase.

Jeff Busby has a diverse range of experience, including private homes, hospitality, civic, athletic, infrastructure, urban mixed-use and multi-family residential projects. His broad skillset and collaborative approach to design fosters engagement among all team members and stakeholders, while ensuring technical rigor.

Amanda Chenoweth works closely with teams on project types ranging from high-end residential to hospitality and commercial interiors, informed by her architecture background. She works to create bespoke interior environments, tailoring her designs to the needs and tastes of each client and often sourcing one-of-a-kind pieces.

Claudia Maggiani is a senior architect with extensive experience in hospitality, sports venues, commercial and mixed-use projects, planning and facility assessment. She is a skilled project manager and gifted communicator, able to lead complex projects while engaging diverse groups of stakeholders, consultants and team members.
