Five Olson Kundig Staff Promoted to Associate

Olson Kundig is proud to announce that five staff members – Christopher Butler, John Hallock, Lindsay Kunz, Gus Lynch and Erica Williams – have been promoted to Associate. This promotion recognizes their contributions to the firm’s diverse portfolio of work across market sectors, as well as their impact on Olson Kundig’s internal initiatives and workplace culture.

Christopher Butler, AIA, LEED® AP BD+C, has expertise managing large scale, multi-use projects and working with diverse stakeholders, community groups and local municipalities. He leads teams through design and delivery of a wide variety of project types and scales, including retail and workplace environments, museums and cultural centers.

John Hallock, AIA, LEED® AP, leads highly integrated project teams, interfacing between client, stakeholders, consultants and government agencies. A versatile architect, John has worked on a broad range of project types, from museums and offices to high-rise residential and mixed-use buildings, with an emphasis on complex, large-scale projects.

Lindsay Kunz’s experience to date has included a wide range of projects with an emphasis on residential and cultural sectors. She has continuously refined her skills on these projects, working closely with clients, project teams, contractors and consultants throughout every phase of design and construction.

Gus Lynch, LEED® AP, has experience working across a broad range of project types, including large-scale residential, cultural and civic projects. His passion for leading meaningful dialogues between clients and design teams allows him to respond to client needs with a high level of design acumen, resulting in projects that reflect the ever-evolving identities of their users.

Erica Williams, AIA, LEED® AP BD+C, has worked both as an architect and as a project engineer for a local general contractor. Her experience encompasses a variety of project types, including private residences and historic renovations in landscapes across the globe.

Olson Kundig is deeply grateful for the contributions of talented staff members like Christopher, John, Lindsay, Gus and Erica. Through their work in support of clients and projects around the world, each new Associate has proven themselves to be a talented designer with a keen technical eye.
