New One&Only Resort and Residential Community Designed by Olson Kundig Unveiled

Olson Kundig is pleased to share that Kerzner International Holdings and Lone Mountain Land Company have unveiled One&Only Moonlight Basin, located in Big Sky, Montana. Designed by principal/owner Tom Kundig, One&Only Moonlight Basin will be the first One&Only resort and residential community in the United States.
One&Only Moonlight Basin combines both hospitality and residential programs. The resort is expected to open in 2024 and will include 73 guest rooms and suites located in a central main lodge, as well as 19 secluded villas and a ski lodge. The project will also include 62 private residences, the first community of One&Only Private Homes in the USA. Continuing One&Only’s tradition of luxury hospitality experiences, the new resort will feature an array of culinary destinations and recreational opportunities, as well as a spa operated by leading health and wellness brand Chenot.
