William Franklin
Associate
William Franklin joined Olson Kundig as an intern in 2002. During his tenure with the firm, William has worked on several large-scale international residential projects, many designed around world class art collections.
As part of his work on a private residence in Hong Kong, William had the opportunity to collaborate with artist Mary Ann Peters, designing the structural and aesthetic integration of her 2,000-square-foot mural into the house’s main gallery. William’s project experience ranges from production and design support on the Lightcatcher at the Whatcom Museum in Bellingham, Jim Olson’s 2011 retrospective exhibit “Architecture for Art,” and numerous private residences in Seattle and around the world, for which he has served alternately as project architect and project manager.
