This one-bedroom family retreat takes its design inspiration from traditional structures of the American West. Excess materials from the construction of the main house on the site are repurposed to build this 625 square-foot design. The simple material palette—concrete, steel, and wood—reflect the rough and tumble nature of the landscape.
