Todd Walbourn joined Olson Kundig in 2018 and was named an associate of the firm in 2021. Todd has more than 20 years of experience across residential, academic, workplace, cultural and retail programs.

Architects have a unique ability to leave a legacy in the form of places that people can visit and experience. We create tangible, useful spaces that represent the combined efforts of a team of talented individuals, on behalf of users who will continue to activate them for decades to come.
Todd Walbourn
Senior Associate | AIA, LEED AP
For the greater part of his career, Todd managed large-scale projects for non-profits and academic institutions in New York City. Since joining Olson Kundig, he has brought his strong communication skills—sharpened while living and working in Germany—to a variety of complex workplace and multifamily residential projects.
Todd is an avid traveler who brings a passion for discovery to his work, and especially enjoys the collaborative nature of design. He values the process of learning from clients and stakeholders as well as the challenge of creating spaces that combine complex programs with diverse, overlapping uses. As a detail-oriented project architect with a “big picture” view, Todd is able to effectively guide project teams through daily design challenges without losing sight of the holistic long-term design and delivery process.
