Alivia’s extensive experience, from early concept development through final construction administration, ensures designs are executed down to the finest technical details. A highly organized and detail-oriented generalist architect, Alivia channels rigor and resourcefulness as she helps solve buildability issues and communicates design intent to clients and team members.

Alivia has a true passion for design and grew up helping her father with building projects, including a family hunting cabin in the Ozarks. Her upbringing nurtured her approach to hands-on problem-solving, fostered an appreciation for natural materials, and inspired her to pay attention to even the smallest of details. She enjoys collaborating with craftspeople and artisans, as well as interior design teams, to incorporate interesting materials and textures.

In addition to her project work, Alivia is leading hiring efforts for Olson Kundig’s architectural team and has been a part of our Quality Control (QC) Taskforce. Outside of her project work, she enjoys crafting with fabric and textiles.
