Since joining Olson Kundig in 2013, MacKenzie Cotters has emerged as a leader within the firm’s Marketing group and was named Director of Marketing in 2020. In this role, she guides and oversees the development of ally and client relationships, as well as marketing initiatives and promotion of the firm’s work in both new and established markets.
The first point of contact for new clients, MacKenzie lends her strategic oversight to many initiatives that communicate and connect the work of the firm to the public. MacKenzie oversees the office’s competitive pursuits, working closely with Marketing and technical staff to develop a unique strategy for each assignment. She likewise collaborates with leaders across the firm to support their professional growth and industry engagement. Her work to develop and share firm-wide business development best practices allows Olson Kundig’s leadership group to confidently participate in external marketing and communications efforts targeted at a variety of audiences, spanning internal staff, current and prospective clients, and the broader design industry.
