Kenton Grant joined Olson Kundig as Director of Technology in 2023. In this role he oversees design and information technology across the firm’s offices.

My approach is agnostic, always in service to the needs of the client and the project. I want to make sure our teams are able to deliver projects in the best way possible and to elevate the collective ability of the firm.

Working with owners, principals, and other firm leaders, he develops and implements strategic technology plans to drive innovation, digital exploration, and experimentation in support of Olson Kundig’s design practice.
Kenton has a unique background including architectural training as well as 20 years of experience working across diverse segments of the AEC industry, from architecture and engineering firms to a Fortune 500 defense contractor. Throughout his career, he has focused on identifying and improving best practices and workflows, blending design planning with technology capabilities to leverage the skills of team members and elevate project outcomes. Kenton approaches this work with an entrepreneurial consultant mindset, collaborating with teams to identify and develop design technology solutions that support innovation and creative exploration. As a passionate problem-solver, he helps teams across the firm and external partners identify strategic needs and opportunities to streamline their processes to better serve clients.
Outside of the office, Kenton has participated in and completed The Mine fellowship, a 9-month program dedicated to social entrepreneurship based on McKinsey methodology. He is also a graduate of Leadership Tulsa, a 9-month personal, professional and community development program.
