Erica Williams
Principal | AIA, LEED AP BD+C
She brings deep technical knowledge and a detail-oriented, collaborative approach that ensures these complex, multi-disciplinary projects remain organized throughout a long-term design and construction process. Erica believes listening is often the root of architectural creativity and works closely with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their vision and needs. Her design approach is further characterized by a sensitivity to both the surrounding natural landscape and the nuances of each client’s lifestyle.
Erica’s experience prior to joining the firm includes working for a residential general contractor. Stationed on site, Erica gained an appreciation for the human component of construction and the many hands that contribute to the design, construction, and execution of a project. She continues to enjoy working with diverse teams of consultants and collaborators and seeks out opportunities for cross-disciplinary innovation.
