Partnering collaboratively with Olson Kundig’s leadership group, Ciara also supports the development and realization of overall business strategies, the advancement of professional development amongst teams, and establishing and strengthening industry connections.

Prior to joining Olson Kundig in 2016, Ciara worked with leading global design brands, including the Danish furniture brand BoConcept, where she spearheaded national marketing strategies to accelerate brand awareness, and the NYC-based textile design innovator Chilewich, where she pioneered digital and international PR campaigns.

A global thinker, Ciara was born in Ireland and has lived in Germany, London, and New York. She now calls Seattle home, drawn by the endless opportunities for hiking and adventure in the Pacific Northwest. Driven by curiosity and a desire to constantly level up, Ciara is dedicated to learning and professional development, consistently engaging in both independent and structured educational endeavors.

Outside of her work, Ciara is keenly motivated to be of service. She is passionate about animal rescue and advocacy, and volunteers with the Seattle Animal Shelter and with Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah. She is committed to investing in the next generation and remains active with her alma mater, Dublin City University, through its Structured Mentorship Program, Alumni Council, and Women’s Impact Network. Ciara is also an advisor for Madame Architect, a digital magazine celebrating the work of women worldwide within the fields of architecture, design, and more.
