She has more than 10 years of experience in a variety of typologies including cultural, exterior civic public spaces, hospitality, mixed-use development, super-tall towers, historic preservation, and residential design.

She specializes in high-performance design and the use of technology to advance her practice. She is a creative designer, well-versed in design team leadership and consultant coordination from competition through construction administration phases.

Allison brings a love for art, travel, and diversity to her projects. Rooted in the Midwest, she has also lived, worked, or studied in France, Argentina, and Singapore before settling in the Pacific Northwest.
