Olson Kundig Announces Promotions & Role Changes
Olson Kundig is pleased to announce several leadership promotions within the firm: Meghan Griswold, Jesse Kingsley, and Claudia Maggiani have been promoted to Principal; Christian Poules and Vai Vaičiulis have been promoted to Associate Principal; and Lena Bragina and Pinar Harris have joined the firm as Associate Principals. Additional promotions and role changes across multiple departments further underscore the impact of each individual’s dedication and contributions to Olson Kundig’s business operations, internal culture, and technical ability, as well as their advancement of the firm’s diverse portfolio of work around the world.
Meghan Griswold, AIA (Principal) has a wide range of experience working on award-winning, high-end residential projects that enhance connections between built and natural spaces. Meghan enjoys the holistic design process from concept to completion, and seeks to create spaces that seamlessly blend with the environment through her focus on wood construction and timeless building materials.
Jesse Kingsley (Principal) specializes in single-family residential projects at a variety of scales, able to elegantly adjust his processes and approach to suit everything from large, complex art homes to small, scrappy remodels. Jesse fosters a deeply collaborative approach on his projects, building relationships with clients and teams to deliver homes that capture each project’s unique vision.
Claudia Maggiani, AIA, NCARB (Principal) has 25 years of experience in designing and managing complex projects, including resorts, convention centers, sports and entertainment venues, mixed-use developments, and commercial spaces. Skilled in engaging and managing clients, consultants, and project teams, Claudia successfully leads projects with a flexible, creative approach to problem-solving, particularly in the realm of hospitality.
Christian Poules (Associate Principal) is a skilled project manager and design contributor, specializing in single-family residential projects across a variety of scales and geographies. With a multidisciplinary background, his design approach emphasizes the connection between architecture and landscape. Christian is especially drawn to the construction process, where close collaboration with clients, craftspeople, and builders transforms ideas into lasting form.
Vaidotas Vaičiulis (Associate Principal) has experience working on a range of projects and scales, spanning cultural, residential, and mixed-use buildings throughout Europe and the United States, with a current focus on hospitality and private residences. Based in New York City, Vai is interested in architecture with a clear design concept that responds to the unique landscape and to the specific culture of its site.
Lena Bragina (Associate Principal) is an interior designer with over 20 years of experience in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Based in New York City, she excels in managing the full project lifecycle, leading multidisciplinary teams, and fostering strong client relationships. With a deep understanding of the interplay between architecture and interiors and a strong connection to the design community, Lena is committed to design as a powerful medium for meaning, beauty, and human connection.
Pinar Harris, AIA (Associate Principal) brings over 22 years of experience leading large-scale mixed-use, high-rise residential, and hospitality projects across Florida and the Caribbean. A strategic and technically adept leader, she is known for delivering complex developments with a focus on design excellence, performance, and collaboration—advancing the firm’s work across diverse markets.
