Olson Kundig is pleased to announce two leadership promotions in the firm’s business office—Brian Marshall has been promoted to Director of Data Analytics and Heather Perkins has been promoted to Director of Human Resources—as well as additional promotions and role changes among team members. These promotions recognize the impact of each individual’s contributions to Olson Kundig’s firm operations, internal culture, and technical ability, in service to our diverse portfolio of work across the globe.

Brian Marshall has more than 30 years of experience in the AEC industry with a focus on financial and operational process development and data analysis, including 6 years at Olson Kundig. In his role as Director of Data Analytics, Brian will lead the Data Analytics team, working closely with leadership and project teams to align data initiatives with business goals. These efforts ensure data integrity, deliver strategic insights, and continuously improve data-driven management processes, driving decision-making and performance across the firm.

Heather Perkins, SHRM-SCP, advances to Director of Human Resources after 2 years as Senior Human Resources Manager at Olson Kundig, building on more than 20 years of HR experience with engineering and technology firms. In her new role, Heather will lead strategic HR initiatives in alignment with the firm’s goals, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Through a dedicated focus on talent management, team member engagement, and compliance, she will work to ensure HR policies support both team member growth and operational success.
