Jeff Ocampo
Associate | LEED AP
For me, successful design leverages the depth of experience of all involved. My underlying aim is always for thoughtful collaboration towards a common goal and vision.
Associate Jeff Ocampo joined Olson Kundig in 2007, bringing his expertise in building technologies and construction. At the firm, Jeff works primarily as project manager for large-scale commercial and mixed-use urban projects.
In this role, Jeff sees himself as a conduit for the various collaborators on a project, including the design principal, client, local jurisdiction, and potential future users. Jeff is known for his ability to move projects to completion by uncovering and highlighting common values between these many stakeholders. For Jeff, a successful building is one that adds richness to its context, providing inspiration to the people who use it, both today and into the future.
An avid cyclist, Jeff’s bicycle has been his primary mode of transportation around Seattle for nearly two decades. He enjoys the perspective this gives him and believes it has taught him much about the evolution and growth of a city.
